Come down and join us on the 28th April 2012 when Lilley Cricket Club will be holding an Open Day between 11am and 2pm. The new Pavilion will be open where we will be serving tea and cake and hopefully weather permitting a BBQ will also be held.
We are looking for new players of all ages to help build up the current playing squad and potentially start a Saturday Team. If we have enough support and interest from youngsters, a Junior Section will also be started. During the Open Day there will be an opportunity to bat, bowl and field with or be coached by some of the current players (weather permitting!).
Currently most of our matches are played on Sundays with a few mid-week games. All fixtures can viewed on the site under the Fixture List. We would love to see many home supporters down at the ground where we will have hot/cold drinks, cake and other snacks on sale for supporters during the matches. All proceeds will help to improve the facilities for all players and supporters.
